Verification Process

*Note: Shopify website purchases will have its own verification process and the customer can submit their photos for pending approval after the website has been completed, reviewed, and transferred over to them for full ownership.

Prior to shipping orders to your customers we will first need to verify you as a seller. As part of our policy, we must verify all website/membership purchases, orders over $200, and first-time buyers orders before we are able to ship them out. You would only need to verify once. We have this policy in place to protect our customers as well as our business. This will only need to be done once as long as your orders are placed using a card in your name. We need to verify your account since we will be shipping to various addresses from one card as this can lead to fraudulent chargebacks. If you would prefer not to verify your account, please let us know and we will provide you with a refund for your signup if your account has not yet been verified.

To verify, we would need a photo of the credit card used, with ONLY THE LAST 4 DIGITS, EXPIRATION DATE, AND NAME. We also need a photo of YOU HOLDING YOUR DRIVER’S LICENSE up to your face and one more close-up photo of your ID with ONLY THE NAME, ADDRESS, EXPIRATION, AND PHOTO. You can block out all of the other information on the credit card and ID.

By the fourth business day with no verification information from you, we want to remind you that your order will be canceled and refunded back to you.

Digital Products

All digital products including Memberships & Websites are non-refundable once you have verified your account and/or the website development process had already begun.

If you have any questions about these products, please contact us directly first to make sure it is clear as to what you will be receiving.

You can cancel your membership or website at any time by logging into your back office and doing so. Please note: Any cancellation or non-payment of a membership subscription with a website created by us will cause that website to be deleted as well. We will send a warning email one week ahead of time before the deletion is finalized.

Only the specific changes to your site will be made that are included in this website package to keep the cost of the sites down. If you would like for us to make additional changes outside of this, it will be custom development.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

Physical Products

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on our products. If you receive your hair extensions and are not happy how they look or feel you may return them to us for your money back minus shipping if applicable. Any hair extensions that have been altered, washed or worn in any way will not qualify to be returned. We honor this for up to 30 days after purchase.

Hair must be in the original state the same as it was sent to you.

We currently do not offer exchange of products. We only provide refunds on returned items to keep accurate inventory count of the products.

If the requested lengths change, we will have to adjust the cost of your order.

We do not refund shipping charges.

For altered products (bundles are unwrapped / extensions have been worn) all sales are final. We are a wholesale hair extension company and do not have large margins that might factor this into their retail pricing.

Hosting Fee Payments

After 30 days with no website hosting payments, we will have to, unfortunately, take down your website. You will receive weekly reminder emails regarding your hosting fee payments, until you respond with what you plan to do about payment and your website.

If you have custom branding material stored with us, you can request to have it sent back to you OR it will be disposed from our warehouse, AFTER SEVEN DAYS of receiving the first reminder email, if you do not respond with how you would like to proceed.

In order for us to continue to keep your website live, these payments need to be made within the next 30 days. Your website will be placed on a temporary hold until these payments are made or until the 30 day time span is up. This is because it’s costing us more money to continue to host your website if there are no monthly payments on your end.

If you would like to find out how many monthly payments you owe, please let us know so that we can send you an invoice to make your payment.

If you would prefer for us to go ahead and delete your membership and website, then please advise us to do so.

IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE FROM YOU ON HOW TO PROCEED, YOUR WEBSITE WILL BE DELETED AFTER 30 DAYS

YOU MUST ALSO INFORM US OF THE DATE AS TO WHEN YOU WILL BE PAYING THE INVOICE ONCE YOU REQUEST FOR IT TO BE SENT TO YOU. OTHERWISE, YOU ARE AT RISK OF HAVING YOUR WEBSITE AND MEMBERSHIP DELETED ON THE DATE IT IS SCHEDULED TO BE DELETED AFTER THE 30 DAY TIME SPAN.

Website Membership Cancellation

If you want your monthly Dropship Bundles subscription to be cancelled, your website will have to be deleted completely, unless you find another company to host your website, which we give you 30 days to do so before we execute the official deletion.

This is due to the fact that you will no longer be paying the $19.99 a month fee for us to continue hosting your website on our servers. Without any monthly payments from your end, it’s costing us more to host your website on our end.

If you have physical custom branding material with us, you can request to have certain material OR ALL of your branding material sent back to you, otherwise, we will have to dispose ALL of your custom branding after 7 DAYS of the first email notification you would receive after cancelling your subscription, if you do not respond with how you would like to proceed with your branding.

Reference Number and Storage Bin

If your Dropship Bundles account is ON HOLD or INACTIVE we want to remind you that our warehouse is for active members with custom branding materials.

If you have custom branding currently stored with us and you would like for us to send you all of the custom branding contents in your bin we can do so, but we just wanted to inform you that you will lose your current custom branding bin and reference number.

You can decide later to send in more custom branding, while your membership is active, and we can assign you a new reference number.

If you cancel your account or place it “on hold”, you will have 7 days to either make your dropshipping account active again OR you can request to have some or all of your branding materials sent back to you ($6.95 shipping cost).

Otherwise, if we don’t receive a response from you as to how you would like to proceed the branding will be disposed from our warehouse, AFTER 7 DAYS, if you do not respond with how you would like to proceed.
